I was searching the Internet for ages to find the best deals for an electric bike for my son. When I say I got so much more, I can't put into words the service I received. Sam was fantastic, there isn't a thing he doesn't know when it comes to bikes/safety and advice. From the moment I called he was super friendly, so informative and didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. He was so passionate about the products he sells and knew so much about everything. I am so glad that I stumbled across this company, I would have been lost. The fact that it's a family run business too, which you can see from site and feel when talking to them, feels like you have given something back for the hard work they clearly put in.
