Warranty information for each brand we offer.
Revvi
Revvi limited warranty - The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase! This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear parts, bearings, tyres, tubes, chains, sprockets, cables or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the Revvi product.
This limited warranty will be void if this product is ever:
• Used in a manner other than for recreation and transportation.
• Modified in anyway.
• Rented.
• Used in wet conditions.
Our warranty is a parts only warranty! It does not include labour. If the bike needs to be repaired by us or a Revvi authorized dealer the bike needs to be returned to base/ place of purchase at the customers cost.
Please note if you order a bike for delivery outside of the UK and Ireland you will be liable for the price of postage for any parts supplied under our warranty! Postage cost is only covered on warranty parts to the UK and Ireland.
It is advised to keep your original box and packaging throughout your bikes warranty period in case the bike needs to be returned to base.
Revvi does not offer an extended warranty.

Warranty Terms: PARTS WARRANTY ONLY
Main components: 12 months excluding servicable items and subject to adherence to service schedule.
First Service must be carried out at 6 months without fail, Second Service at another 6 months and so on. Warranty valid from the date of delivery.
Excluded items
Items subject to normal wear from use eg.
Grips, Cables, Chain, Tires, Pads & Discs.
Warranty is excluded for competition or closed-circuit use. Any Accidental damage and or damage cause by alteration of the standard specification with non-official components (Tuning or modification) is entirely the owner’s responsibility. Warranty and service is a return to base criteria and the responsibility of the purchaser.
EBox
EBox Warranty offers the following parts only warranty. when the bike or quad is built and PDI’D by our selves, if you build the bike yourself EBox DO NOT cover any parts under warranty.
- EBox pit bikes – 30 days
- All stomp electric pit bikes and quads – 30 days

Kayo Warranty offers the following parts only warranty. when built and PDI’D by our selves, if you build the Quad yourself Kayo DO NOT cover any parts under warranty.
Kayo Quads – 12 months
