Amped A16 Keys Features 

• Powered by an 180w brushless HUB motor, it offers two speed modes:

1 - Eco - 7.5 mph

2 - Boost - 12 mph

• Featuring a full aluminum frame, this bike ensures robust construction.
• Equipped with front and rear 16 inch 7 spoke Alloy wheels it’s ready for any terrain with its rear disc brake and its two speed settings. 
• Speed Settings - The Amped A16 is fitted with 2 speed settings, Eco and Boost mode. whether you prioritise range or power the A16 has got you covered. In eco mode the A16 is Limited to 7.5 mph whilst on Boost mode setting the bike can reach 12.5 mph.
• 18v 5.2ah Battery - The bike includes a 18v 5.2ah lithium battery with an easily removable, water-resistant battery box (IP66 grade) The latest Makita Slide Battery Are also compatible with A16.
• Motorbike style Full grip twist throttle - using a twist grip throttle to imitate those of a bike but designed for smaller hands the Amped A16 is great for developing the skill necessary for the future. 
• Safety Brake cut off switch - Designed to cut off power as soon as the brake lever is pulled, this system prevents power from being supplied to the motor whilst bringing the amped A16 to a stop. Proving most beneficial to new riders and parents teaching their children to ride safely while mastering a new skill. 
• Sealed Under Frame - A unique sealed frame with protected internal wiring improves water resistance and extend the bike life. where wear and tear would cause damage to other unprotected models. 
• Rear Disc Brake - For Additonal control the amped A16 is equipped with a 160mm mechanical rear disc brake giving great stopping power compared with other brands

How to build your Amped A16 

Amped Warranty (Please Read)

It is advised to keep your original box and packaging throughout your bikes warranty period of 6 months in case the bike needs to be returned to us.

Bikes come with a six-month warranty for manufacturing defects on all major parts.

Amped Bikes is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect assembly. So please be sure to take care in assembling your bike as the spare parts are difficult to come by. Ensure ALL bolts and components are tightened and properly lubricated.

This limited warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear parts, bearings, tyres, tubes, chains, sprockets, cables or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the Amped product.

This limited warranty will be void if this product is ever: Used in a manner other than for recreation and transportation. Modified in anyway.  Used in wet conditions.

Warranty is a PARTS ONLY WARRANTY, It does NOT include labour. If the bike needs to be repaired by us, the bike needs to be returned to us (the place of purchase) at the CUSTOMERS cost. 

Please note if you order a bike for delivery outside of the UK and Ireland you will be liable for the price of postage for any parts supplied under our warranty! Postage cost is only covered on warranty parts to the UK and Ireland.

Shipping

Standard Delivery - 2-3 working days

Express Delivery - If purchased before 12pm via DHL. (We aim to deliver on the next working day but its not guaranteed)

Saturday Delivery - If purchased before 12pm Monday/ Friday via DHL.

Returns

Customers have 30 days from when an item arrives to return a purchase to us. All items must be returned in new/unused condition and in original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: 

All bikes, scooters and ride-on-toys are sent via DHL and require a signature in order for the delivery to be made. If you miss your delivery, it will be attempted again the next working day.

We strongly recommend you ensure you order to the correct address and are in at the time of delivery as we are unable to accept liability for any delivery issues once the order has left our HQ and is being shipped by couriers. 

We also encourage customers not to opt to have their bikes left in a safe place as we can make no guarantees and can accept no liability once the bike is in the hands of the courier. 

If you do miss delivery three times, the order is returned to us by DHL and you will receive another charge for shipping.
