Great customer service, spoke to a woman on phone who confirmed they had the Brtg bikes in the colour we wanted for our son’s 3rd birthday. Paid for it and 10mins later I had an expected time of delivery for next day with FedEx.
The Berg bikey is amazing, great quality, light weight and with the looks of a double suspension/enduro bike. Our son loves it! Thanks FutureRiders!

So i don't normally write reviews online but future riders is the place to buy kids/youth bikes from.

i couldn't decide on a bike for my son, after narrowing it down to 2 bikes revvi 16+ and the RFN SX E500.

So i messaged sam on WhatsApp out of opening hours in the evening, not expecting to get a reply till next day but he replied straight away then after I explained about what I was looking for, he kindly offered to phone me the next day but as I couldn't take the call sam said to give him a ring in the evening same day.
When I rang sam he was very polite/easy to talk to and understood, I had a great conversation with sam and he was very helpful with choosing the right bike for my son he's a very knowledgeable chap and the bikes he sells are very good quality bikes not your ebay/amazon rubbish.

Revvi is fast becoming a big name in the uk with (Revvi Cup), parts and upgrades are easy and cheap enough that should tell you all you need to know about the brand and RFN are also part of the same company.

I'd 110% recommend future riders and will definitely be buying from again.

Daughter provided a like to anotger supplier, they had very mixed reviews also an optional £38 insurance agaist loss and damage when ordering, which didnt leave me feeling comfortable.
